Who is eligible?
STATE ID: Anyone. Must have appropriate forms. Fee is $20 over 18 years old, and $10 under 18 years old.
DRIVING: 15 years old for permit, must meet other requirements and pay $20 fee. 16 years old for provisional license, must meet other requirements, additional fee if your learner’s permit is expired. 18 years old for full license, must meet other requirements and pay $5 fee. Over 21, first time license fee is $30.
