Who is eligible? People who meet income guidelines, pass a pre-application and application process, can pay back monthly on a low-interest loan, and able to do “sweat equity” to help build their home (no previous skills required!)

What they do: Rent low-income housing

Who is eligible? People who meet income guidelines

Referral needed? No

Best way to access services: Walk in and fill out application. Then they will set up an appointment for you to come back in.

Type of service: Homeless Prevention

What they do: Provide transitional housing, permanent supportive hosing, scattered site housing. Rent/first month’s deposit support. Long term housing, we pay rent.
